Botonique is crisp, refreshing, and deliciously dry. It’s a satisfying sparkling alternative to alcohol.
Botonique delivers the food-friendly balance of dryness and acidity, complexity and long finish you enjoy from wine. There are herb, spice and citrus notes from the botanical extracts.
The unique flavour has been likened to dry white wine, gin, vermouth, Champagne, absinthe, Pimms and more.
Dry Drinker thinks it is simply delicious!
Making Botonique Alcohol Free Wine
Botonique is a sparkling blend of de-alcoholised botanical extracts that are:
• enriched with Prelixir ™ and just a touch of pear juice for sweetness
• blended with pure water
• gently carbonated, pasteurised, and bottled
• protected from the light by a sleeve cover
• allowed to mature and evolve over 5 weeks.
Packed with nutrients
Botonique includes Prelixir™, which is a blend of vitamins, minerals and amino acids designed to replace those depleted by alcohol. Milk thistle seed and panax ginseng are also in the mix.
Botonique contains no sugar, artificial sweeteners, flavours or preservatives.
Low in calories
Botonique contains just 14 calories in 100ml – that’s 17 calories in a Champagne flute – and a 1/6th of those in wine.
Wine merchant’s creation
Food and fun-loving wine merchant Hilary decided to drink alcohol free more often. But she found most soft drinks too sweet and lacking in complexity compared to wine.
Botonique is the mix of her family memories of hedgerow wine making, years of professional wine-tasting experience, and modern nutritional science.
