Description

Obolon alcohol free beer is a high quality premium beer brewed with selected barley malt, flavoursome hops and water drawn from a Jurassic artesian well.

Due to the special brewing technology used, this beer has a wonderful taste and at the same time almost no alcohol.

Obolon Alcohol Free Beer: Tasting notes

Markedly clear golden colour with a white head. Light toasted malt and spice aroma. Almost dry body with light spicy bitterness.

Food pairing

Great to drink, ice cold, on its own. Equally, you could try updated versions of traditional bar snacks, like a pork pie or homemade scotch egg!

Jurassic water?

The water used to make Obolon is drawn from a limestone aquifer created in the Jurassic period – 199 to 145.5 million years ago. An aquifer is a permeable rock that stores groundwater and allows it to flow readily into a well or borehole. Don’t worry, the water is fresh – it’s just the rocks that are as old as the dinosaurs.
