  • Aroma: On the nose, you'll experience a delicate bouquet of floral and citrus notes, complemented by a subtle hint of fresh-cut grass. The gentle malt aroma is reminiscent of lightly toasted bread, creating a well-rounded and inviting scent.
  • Taste: The palate is greeted with a well-balanced mix of flavours. Light, biscuity maltiness meets a soft and refreshing hop character, offering a delightful interplay of sweet and bitter. Citrus undertones bring a zesty touch, while the slight grassy notes add complexity to the overall taste.

  • Finish: The finish is dry and pleasantly refreshing, with a lingering hint of hop bitterness that encourages you to take another sip. The aftertaste is clean and leaves a subtle sweetness on the tongue, ensuring a satisfying drinking experience.

Serving Suggestions

Meteor Serving Suggestions:

  • Glassware: Choose the appropriate glassware to enhance your drinking experience. A classic pilsner or nonic pint glass would be ideal for serving Meteor's non-alcoholic lager. The slender shape of the pilsner glass showcases the beer's colour and carbonation while preserving its frothy head. A nonic pint glass is also suitable, as it is designed to maintain the beer's head and release its aromas effectively.
  • Temperature: Serve Meteor chilled, ideally between 4°C to 7°C. This temperature range accentuates the beer's refreshing characteristics while maintaining its delicate flavour profile. Over-chilling the lager may dull the flavours, while serving it too warm may result in a less refreshing experience.
  • Pouring: Pour the lager gently into the glass at a 45-degree angle, slowly straightening the glass as it fills. This technique helps create a moderate head, which aids in releasing the beer's aroma and enhances its visual appeal. Aim for a head of about two fingers in thickness.
  • Pairing: Consider pairing Meteor with the suggested food options above. The lager's versatile flavour profile complements a wide range of dishes, making it an ideal choice for various occasions and meals.
  • Presentation: If you're serving the lager at a gathering, consider presenting it on a tray with the appropriate glassware and some light snacks or appetisers. This adds a touch of sophistication and encourages guests to enjoy the lager responsibly.
  • Storage: Store Meteor non-alcoholic in a cool, dark place, preferably upright. This ensures the beer maintains its quality and freshness until it is ready to be served.

Following these serving suggestions, you can enhance your overall experience with Meteor and fully appreciate its unique flavour and aroma profile.
