Win-e Tempranillo is made from the Tempranillo grape which grows in the dry inlands of Spain in the region of Valbuena de Duero. Its name is a shortened version of the Spanish word temprano, which means "early". This alludes to the fact that this grape ripens a few weeks earlier than the majority of red grapes in Spain. A low degree of acidity, touches of cherry, blackberries and strawberries, with a touch of spices are what characterise this wine. On the palate, it's off-dry, has acidity, fresh red fruits and is very easy to drink. To enjoy Tempranillo, serve it slightly chilled.
