Darling Cellars Sauvignon Blanc – Grenache non‑alcoholic sparkling rosé is a 0.45 % ABV sparkling wine from the Darling region in South Africa, made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Grenache. It is fully fermented with lees contact before gentle de‑alcoholisation, then carbonated to produce fine, persistent bubbles. The wine is low in calories, free from added sugars, and retains a clean structure with fresh fruit character. Ideal for celebrations, garden parties or pairing with seafood and summer salads, offering a refined alternative without alcohol.
