1. Delivery

We ship your UK purchase via our delivery partner DHL and it should arrive on the next working day if the order was placed by 5pm. However, please allow up to 3 working days for delivery (delays may be incurred which are outside our control or the control of our couriers).

Please note we only ship orders Monday to Friday  We do not ship goods or deliver goods on Bank Holidays and at busy times such as Christmas, shipping may be delayed. If you have not received your goods within 3 working days of receiving a shipping notice please contact us here. Pre 10.30 service is available and is a £10.00 surcharge per order. This is only available in certain postcodes please check before making a order. Some parts of Scotland are not covered on next day delivery.

Alcohol will only be delivered in accordance with the specific arrangements made with a customer. Alcohol only be delivered to a residential or business address. You must be over 18 to make a purchase. It is against the law for any person under the age of 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, alcohol or for any person over the age of 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, alcohol for any person under the age of 18. When placing an order for alcohol customers will be required to confirm that they are at least 18 years old.

Once Dhl have received the box, Drydrinker are not responsible for their delivery times,  


Deliveries take place Monday to Friday as standard. Delivery hours will normally be any time between 8am to 4pm. During busy periods such as Christmas, drivers may deliver outside of these hours. Please do not book a delivery unless somebody will be in to accept it during the hours, if your delivery is delayed It is still the customers responsibility to ensure that somebody is in the delivery address to receive your order. Stolen boxes are not the responsibility of drydrinker.com and refunds will not be given.


Our couriers require a signature when they deliver a parcel. If you ask for a parcel to be left without a signature (for instance, in your shed or outside your front door), you agree to accept liability for any loss should the parcel(s) go missing after it is left. If you are out when the parcel is delivered, you will be left a card with contact details of our couriers. You need to call them to arrange a new delivery slot or arrange to collect from your local depot. Please be aware you cannot change the delivery address after a delivery job is booked without incurring a new delivery charge.

2. Returns & order checking 

We ask all customers to check there orders within 24 hours of your delivery. Any claims after that period cannot be rectified or refunds given.

If you have checked your order within the 24 hours and find an item is missing, please send us a photo with what you received in the box that it was delivered in.

You may cancel your order for any reason up to and including 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order, provided all the bottles are unopened and intact. The postage and safe return of the goods in this case is the customer’s responsibility. We will refund the full price of the products ordered minus any discounts and delivery charges within 14 days from the date of cancellation or receipt of returned goods, whichever is the later.

We must be made aware of any claims for non-delivery within 7 working days of your delivery date, but please remember all you need to do is contact us if you have any questions. 

The customer is fully responsible for postage costs in order to return the products to us and there must be a minimum of 10 products remaining!. This however doesn’t apply to goods that have been opened as we don’t offer any credit or refunds. Regardless of size of order please check inside each box within 24 hours of delivery to ensure all items are correct, failure to due to will result in a refund not given if any damage or discrepancies have occurred. If damage has occurred please ensure a photograph is taken and emailed as part of your claim clearly showing our branding and the shipping label using the form here

3. Refunds

All of our products are non-refundable, but if you have received a product that is defective you are entitled to a full refund, which can be arranged by getting in touch with us here. If your defect is a breakage you must take photos of the packaging and the broken product and email it with your order number to obtain a replacement product, failure to produce any evidence of breakage is a refund or replacement won’t be offered.

4. Privacy Policy

Your data is in safe hands. As you browse Dry Drinker, cookies will be placed on your computer to help us measure our content and web flow. We collect personal information about you to enable us to process and deliver your order. When registering on our website, you consent to Dry Drinker maintaining, recording, holding and using the personal data we collect about you. When you sign up to our newsletter you consent to Dry Drinker keeping you updated on our latest announcements, offers and news from selected brand partners by sending you SMS or emails if you subscribed to our newsletter. All data is collected lawfully and maintained in accordance with Data Protection Act 1998. Following an order, the Trusted Shops Trustbadge is incorporated into this web page in order to display our Trusted Shops trustmark for buyers and the eventually collected reviews, as well as the Trusted Shops product offer. In balancing the various interests, this serves to safeguard our legitimate prevailing interests in an optimised marketing of our offer. Dry Drinker has taken every effort to ensure that the information on this website is correct, accurate and up to date. We take no responsibility whatsoever for information that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. Occasionally we may need to substitute selection pack products due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will endeavour to contact you beforehand. Dry Drinker shall not be held liable to any individual or business for any damage or loss which may have occurred from the use of any matter contained on this website. All text and graphics on this website, unless specified, are directed solely at those who access the website from the United Kingdom mainland. Dry Drinker assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any links to the Internet or other third party websites from its website. Once you activate these links you will leave this website and Dry Drinker will not be responsible, or liable, for the content of any other websites on the Internet to which you may visit from its site. The term “Dry Drinker is the UK’s largest” is measured by number of beer range. All our beer will have a minimum of two weeks best before date unless stated. In some rare occasions it may be necessary to substitute a beer for a like for like beer.

6. Promotions

All vouchers and offers, unless otherwise stated, are intended for single use only. One valid UK credit/debit card per account. Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

9. Order Sizes

At Dry Drinker we ship our beer and premixed drinks in cases of 6, 8, 12, 16 or 24. All wine and spirits can be purchased in single units. Large orders can be shipped over 2 days.

10. Pre-Orders

It is Sometimes  necessary to put a product on a pre-order, we will then inform you when the product is back in stock and we will ship straight away. If there are other products alongside your pre-order, we will wait till the product is back in stock and ship. The order in full not in two parts..


Only Orders will be sent after full payment has been taken.

12 Substitutions 

From time to time it may be necessary to substitute one product for another we will only substitute a similar product with a higher value.
