WHO ARE IMPOSSIBREW?
Impossibrew originated from founder Mark's profound love for beer and his subsequent quest for a healthy alcohol alternative due to health concerns. Discovering ancient herb usage in a project, he ventured into creating a unique beverage. Despite early skepticism, an encounter on BBC's Dragons' Den and support from biosciences professor Dr. Paul Chazot propelled his vision forward. Assembling a team, they began brewing experiments in his kitchen. Through resilience amidst initial rejections and the triumph in start-up competitions, Impossibrew emerged, embarking on a mission to redefine the future of beer.
