Tasting Notes

Golden amber with a frothy head and light lacing. Aromas of grapefruit zest, pine, and floral hops lead into subtle malt notes. The flavour is lively, with tangy citrus and a balanced hop bitterness over a soft bready malt base. Medium-bodied and smoothly carbonated, it finishes clean with a lasting citrus twist and mild earthy bitterness.

Serving Suggestions
