A dark ruby pour with a nose full of ripe plum and blackberry, wrapped in peppery spice. The taste is rich and layered, offering blackcurrant, cherry, and a hint of clove. Tannins are soft but present, giving this full-flavoured red a proper Shiraz structure.

Full-bodied with ripe plum, spice, and subtle oak influence. A great match for sticky BBQ jackfruit, chargrilled meats, or spicy lentil curry. Pairs well with bold, smoky, or peppery flavours that stand up to Shiraz’s intensity.

Serve at 14-16°C in a wide red wine glass. Let it breathe for a few minutes to unlock dark fruit and soft spice aromas.
