Slightly hazy amber with a soft white head and subtle carbonation. The aroma is sharp and zesty, led by yuzu and grapefruit with light floral hops and a touch of sweet grain in the background. Flavour follows through with bright citrus up front, mellowed by delicate malt and a gentle herbal bitterness. Light to medium-bodied with a crisp, refreshing finish and a clean citrus snap that lingers just enough.

Pour cold into a tulip or nonic glass. Let it breathe for a moment to bring out the sharp yuzu and bitter hop notes.
