St Austell Proper Job IPA is a UK brewed non alcoholic IPA at 0.5% ABV, made with water, Maris Otter pale malt, wheat, hops including Cascade, Chinook and Willamette, and yeast. It is fully fermented then gently de-alcoholised to retain authentic hop bitterness and malt backbone. Brewed without animal products and suitable for a plant based diet, it contains around 21 kcal and 4.6 g of carbohydrates per 100 ml. A bold beer style option for any time you want proper IPA flavour without the alcohol.

Tasting Notes

Pours a clear amber-gold with a firm, foamy white head and steady carbonation. The aroma is bold and hoppy, featuring grapefruit peel, pine resin, and a touch of biscuity malt. On the palate, it delivers a punchy blend of citrus zest and earthy hops, balanced by subtle caramel undertones. Medium-bodied with a crisp texture, it finishes dry and bitter, true to its IPA roots.

Serving Suggestions

Serve well chilled in a tulip or IPA glass. Pour steadily to release the bold hop aroma and citrus flavour. Let the head rise and settle before sipping.
