Ingredients
50ml New London Light ‘Aegean Sky’
75ml Non-alcoholic sparkling wine or Prosecco
2.5ml Olive brine (1/2 bar spoon)
To Garnish
Kalamata olive & fresh orange
Method
Step 1
Fill a large wine glass with ice
Step 2
Add ‘Aegean Sky’, non-alcoholic sparkling wine and olive brine to the glass
Step 3
Stir gently to combine
Step 4
Garnish with an orange wheel and black olive
