A beautiful looking mocktail sure to impress your friends!
Ingredients
50ml Caleño Dark & Spicy
100ml Pomegranate Juice
1/2 Fresh lime, juiced
50ml Soda water
Thumb sized piece of ginger, grated
1/2 tsp Maple syrup
Ice
To Garnish
Pomegranate seeds & lime slices
Method
Step 1
In a shaker add a handful of ice and pour the Caleño Dark & Spicy in along with the grated ginger, pomegranate juice, lime juice and honey and shake for 15 seconds
Step 2
With a fine sieve, strain over ice in your glass of choice and top up with soda water.
Step 3
Garnish with lime wheels and a sprinkling of pomegranate seeds, serve and enjoy!
