Flat rate cost

Our standard delivery rate is free (UK mainland*) for next working day delivery if ordered by 5pm Monday to Friday.  The cost is the same however much you order –  1 box or 10, or more!

* This applies to 99% of the UK mainland. Some Scottish mainland postcodes will be charged at a higher rate.

Large orders (20 cases of 12 or more bottles/cans) are not guaranteed for next day delivery but will be delivered within 3 working days from the date of ordering.

Saturday Service

Order by 5pm on Thursday if a bank holiday on the Friday or by  4.00 pm on Friday and get it the next day, for £6.99  delivery charge

Our Saturday Service covers 70% of the UK.

✓ It covers mainland England, Wales, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

⨯ Unfortunately, it does not cover Aberdeen, Highlands the following postcodes.

Where's the rest of it?

Please give it three days before calling about incomplete orders.

Your full order might not arrive in one delivery. This is because of demands on our delivery partner DHL.

Your case of alcohol free beers arrives one day. And you're left wondering 'Where's the wine I ordered?'

Don't worry; it's on the way, as part of another DHL delivery.

And if there has been a problem with your order, we will get in touch with you.

Delivery to Flats

DHL drivers have been instructed not to walk round flats or apartment buildings for obvious reasons Which means you're delivery will be made into a lobby, post room  or to a concierge if the building has that facility.

Tracking your delivery

DHL will deliver your order.

Your tracking link is on the bottom of your conformation email,  And you’ll get an estimated time of delivery by text or email, along with a 14-digit consignment number.

Happy to sign

If it's safe and convenient, we advise you select the 'happy to sign for' option when ordering,

This is because, unfortunately, Dry Drinker cannot be held accountable for any loss that may occur if you opt for a 'leave safe' options. That is, if someone nicks the box before you get home 😡 (We'd stand there and guard your order, if we could).

Leave in a safe place

If you are comfortable with 'leave safe', DHL will follow your instructions, such as 'leave in porch' or at 'side of house'.

They might not ring your doorbell or knock at your door.

They will send you a text or email to confirm they have made the delivery, and send a photo showing your order.

Breakages

Sometimes bottles get broken. (Yes, even with our bespoke Dry Drinker boxes 😲)

So, please check inside each box within 24 hours of delivery to make sure your entire order has arrived in one piece.

✓ If something is broken, take a photo showing: the damage, our branding, and the shipping label. Email hello@drydrinker.com and we can sort out a refund.

⨯ We can't give a refund if it is more than 24 hours after delivery.

 

Delivery to islands off the UK mainland

Delivery time to Northern Ireland allow 5 to 7 working days.

Delivery to the Islands and Highlands are based on the weight of your order.
