What is the difference between No, Low, Lower alcohol?
At Dry Drinker we want to make it super simple to understand our drinks. Whether you are abstaining, moderation or just looking for other options, we’ve got you covered. We’ve split our drinks into 3 categories - no alcohol, low alcohol and lower alcohol, each product has a handy label next to it to show you which category it falls into.
How do you choose which brands you stock?
At Dry Drinker, every sip is the start of a journey, and it all started with our founder Stuart who launched many of the best known alcohol free brands on Dry Drinker.
These days Stuart is supported by the rest of our team who search for great tasting drinks across beer, cider, wine, spirits and functional drinks.
My favourite product is out of stock, when will it be back?
Sometimes drinks fly off the shelves faster than we can keep up, if you want to be the first to know when your favourite drink is back in stock, just enter your email address on the product page and we will let you know when it’s here.
How can I get free delivery?
We offer free delivery for all orders over £99. For all orders under £99 we charge a flat shipping rate of £6.99 per order.
Do you offer next day delivery?
All orders placed before 5pm are sent out for next working day delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
For all orders under £99, there is a flat fee of £6.99 per order.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we do offer international shipping to [name countries]! For international orders delivery costs are based on carrier charges and are calculated at checkout.
Which payment options do you offer?
While we don’t offer tabs, we do accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Shop, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
My order arrived damaged, what can I do?
If your defect is a breakage you must take photos of the packaging and the broken product and email it with your order number to obtain a replacement product, failure to produce any evidence of breakage is a refund or replacement won’t be offered.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing all the details of your order. Once we have sent your order out, you will also receive tracking information and on the day of delivery DHL will be in touch with a 1 hour delivery timeslot.

How can I cancel my subscription?
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
