1. Delivery
We aim to ship your UK purchase via our delivery partner, DHL, with the goal of next working day arrival for orders placed by 5 pm. However, please allow up to 3 working days for delivery, as delays may occur beyond our or our couriers' control.
Important Notes:
- We only ship orders from Monday to Friday. We do not process or deliver orders on Bank Holidays. During busy periods, such as Christmas, delivery times may be extended.
- If you haven't received your order within 3 working days of receiving a shipping notice, please contact us [here].
- A Pre-10:30 AM delivery service is available at a surcharge of £10.00 per order. This service is limited to certain postcodes, so please check availability before placing your order.
- Free shipping does not apply to the following postcodes: AB*, FK*, DD*, AD*, PH*, IV*, KO*, HS*, BT*, KA*, KY*, PA*. Certain parts of Scotland may not be eligible for next-day delivery.
- Alcohol will only be delivered in accordance with the specific arrangements made with the customer. Alcohol can only be delivered to a residential or business address, and you must be over 18 to make a purchase. It is illegal for anyone under 18 to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol, or for anyone over 18 to purchase alcohol for someone under 18. Customers will be required to confirm they are at least 18 years old when placing an order for alcohol.
- Once DHL has received the package, Dry Drinker is not responsible for delivery times.
Courier Deliveries:
Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, typically between 8 am and 4 pm. During busy periods, deliveries may extend beyond these hours. Please ensure someone is available to accept your delivery during these hours. If a delivery is delayed, it is still the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is present to receive the order. Dry Drinker is not responsible for stolen packages, and refunds will not be issued for such incidents.
'Leave Safe' Instructions:
Our couriers require a signature upon delivery. If you request a parcel to be left without a signature (e.g., in your shed or outside your front door), you accept liability for any loss if the parcel goes missing. If you are unavailable when the parcel is delivered, a card with the courier's contact details will be left for you to arrange a new delivery slot or collect the parcel from your local depot. Please note that you cannot change the delivery address after a delivery job has been booked without incurring a new delivery charge.
2. Returns & Order Checking
We ask all customers to check their orders within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period cannot be rectified, and refunds will not be issued.
- If an item is missing from your order, please send us a photo of what you received in the original packaging.
- You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, provided all bottles are unopened and intact. The cost of postage and the safe return of the goods is the customer’s responsibility. We will refund the full price of the products ordered, minus any discounts and delivery charges, within 14 days of cancellation or receipt of returned goods, whichever is later.
- Claims for non-delivery must be made within 7 working days of the delivery date. For any questions, please contact us.
- Customers are fully responsible for postage costs when returning products. A minimum of 10 unopened products must remain. This policy does not apply to goods that have been opened, as we do not offer credits or refunds for opened items. Ensure you check the contents of each box within 24 hours of delivery to confirm all items are correct. Failure to do so may result in a refund being denied. If damage has occurred, please take a photo clearly showing our branding and the shipping label, and email it as part of your claim here.
3. Refunds
Our products are non-refundable. However, if you receive a defective product, you are entitled to a full refund. To arrange this, please contact us here. If the defect involves breakage, you must take photos of the packaging and the broken product, and email them along with your order number. Without this evidence, a refund or replacement will not be offered.
4. Privacy Policy
Your data is in safe hands. As you browse Dry Drinker, cookies may be placed on your computer to help us measure our content and website traffic. We collect personal information to process and deliver your order. By registering on our website, you consent to Dry Drinker maintaining, recording, holding, and using the personal data we collect. By signing up for our newsletter, you consent to receiving updates on our latest announcements, offers, and news from selected brand partners via SMS or email, if subscribed. All data is collected lawfully and maintained in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

However, we take no responsibility for information that is incomplete, inaccurate, or out-of-date. Occasionally, we may need to substitute selection pack products due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will endeavor to contact you beforehand. The term "Dry Drinker is the UK’s largest" is measured by the number of beer varieties. All our beer will have a minimum of two weeks best before date unless otherwise stated. In rare cases, we may substitute a beer with a similar one of equal or higher value.
6. Promotions
All vouchers and offers, unless stated otherwise, are intended for single use only. One valid UK credit/debit card per account. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers.

9. Order Sizes
We ship beer and premixed drinks in cases of 6, 8, 12, 16, or 24. Wine and spirits can be purchased in single units. Large orders may be shipped over multiple days.
10. Pre-Orders
When a product is on pre-order, we will inform you when it is back in stock and ship it immediately. If your order includes other products, we will wait until the pre-ordered product is available before shipping the entire order.
11.Payment
Orders will only be processed and shipped after full payment is received.
12. Substitutions
From time to time, it may be necessary to substitute one product for another. We will only substitute with a similar product of equal or higher value.

Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Drydrinker’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Drydrinker through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Drydrinker. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to DryDrinker or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Drydrinker mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes.
