"SASSY is a story of two childhood friends with the same passion – Cider. Our co-founders, Xavier and Pierre-Emmanuel learnt to appreciate the true taste of cider, having grown up with it as an integral part of Norman life. SASSY was born out of this childhood passion and desire to put Normandy back on the map. It puts a modern spin on a wonderful Norman tradition.

To develop an innovative product, Xavier and Pierre-Emmanuel teamed up with a local producer and a cellar master, together they developed recipes inspired by the cider served at Chateau de Sassy.

Since our inception, SASSY cider has been appreciated and recognised by the greatest experts. From Alain Ducasse, through to Joel Robuchon or Alexandre Gauthier, many chefs have added SASSY creations to their menus. It is the chefs and mixologists who sublimate our creations in the world's most prestigious restaurants and bars are essential to our development."
