Oddbird Low Intervention Alsace is a natural wine from North Alsace, France, crafted from handpicked Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, and Riesling grapes. Grown on sun-exposed, steep slopes, this wine offers a complex, floral, and fruity profile with a lively, mineral-driven finish. The Riesling's crispness is beautifully balanced by the roundness of the other varieties, creating a wine with lasting complexity.
