At Dry Drinker, we’re committed to delivering your favourite alcohol-free drinks quickly and reliably. Whether you’re ordering for a special occasion or restocking your favourites, our delivery options are designed to meet your needs.

Delivery Timescales

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Standard Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 2–3 working days.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times may vary during busy periods, such as Christmas or promotional sales.

Our standard delivery rate is £6.99* (UK mainland).  Free delivery for all orders over £69.

*This applies to 99% of the UK mainland. Some Scottish mainland postcodes will be charged at a higher rate.

Please note we only ship orders Monday to Friday  We do not ship goods or deliver goods on Bank Holidays . 

Where's the rest of it?

Please leave three working days before calling about incomplete orders.

Your full order might not arrive in one delivery. This is because of demands on our delivery partner DHL.

Your case of alcohol-free beers arrives one day. And you're left wondering 'Where's the wine I ordered?'

Don't worry; it's on the way, as part of another DHL delivery

If it doesn't arrive within 3 days, we want to know!  Use the chat and we will track it down.

And if there has been a problem with your order, we will get in touch with you.

Delivery to Flats

DHL drivers have been instructed not to walk around flats or apartment buildings for obvious reasons Which means you're delivery will be made into a lobby, post room or to a concierge if the building has that facility.

Tracking your delivery

DHL is our courier partner and will deliver your order.

Your tracking link is on the bottom of your confirmation email,  And you’ll get an estimated time of delivery by text or email, along with a 14-digit consignment number.

Leave in a safe place

If you are comfortable with 'leave safe', DHL will follow your instructions, such as 'leave in porch' or at 'side of the house'.

They might not ring your doorbell or knock at your door.

They will send you a text or email to confirm they have made the delivery and send a photo showing your order.

Breakages & Incorrect Address

Sometimes bottles get broken. (Yes, even with our bespoke Dry Drinker boxes 😲)

So, please check inside each box within 24 hours of delivery to make sure your entire order has arrived in one piece.

  • If something is broken, take a photo showing: the damage, our branding, and the shipping label and email this to info@drydrinker.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Delivery to islands off the UK mainland

Delivery time to Northern Ireland allow 5 to 7 working days.

Delivery to the Islands and Highlands is based on the weight of your order.
