Light, fruity, and refreshing with notes of strawberry, watermelon, and a hint of citrus. Ideal with grilled halloumi and summer salads, smoked salmon blinis, or a beetroot and feta tart. Its bright acidity and red berry flavours enhance lighter fare while balancing salt and richness.

Chill to 8-10°C and pour into a white or rose wine glass. Let it sit briefly to bring out red berry and floral notes.
