Estrella Galicia 0.0 is a Spanish brewed alcohol free lager at 0.0% ABV, made with water, barley malt, maize, hops and yeast. It is brewed using a special interrupted fermentation process that prevents alcohol development while maintaining the profile of a traditional lager. The beer contains approximately 21 kcal and 4.8 g of carbohydrates per 100 ml. Produced to vegan standards, it contains no animal-derived ingredients.

Tasting Notes

Golden and clear with a tight white head and fine carbonation. The aroma opens with light cereal malt, floral hops, and a soft hint of lemon zest. Taste leans towards clean malt sweetness, balanced by a restrained bitterness and gentle spice. Smooth and medium-light in body, with a crisp finish that leaves behind a touch of grass and citrus.
