Amber and still in the glass with a slow swirl. The nose brings toasted oak, vanilla, and a hint of caramel. Flavour opens rich and layered, with sweet spice, roasted nuts, and dried fruit lending warmth and depth. Smooth and rounded, finishing with mellow heat and a lingering touch of charred wood.

Serve 50ml over ice in a rocks glass. Add a dash of bitters and garnish with orange peel for a warming non alcoholic old fashioned.
