Deep crimson in the glass with a smooth, velvety appearance. The nose leads with blackberries and plum, wrapped in soft spice and vanilla. The palate offers rich layers of black cherry, blackcurrant, and dark chocolate, with peppery warmth and hints of oak. Silky in texture and full-bodied, it finishes long and warming with a touch of lingering spice.

Rich, plummy and full of dark berry fruit with gentle spice notes. Pair with grilled lamb chops, smoky aubergine dishes, or a classic beef burger. The wine's spice and berry notes complement charred flavours and rich sauces beautifully. For a plant-based match, try lentil shepherd’s pie or mushroom and black bean chilli.

Pour at 14-16°C in a large red wine glass. Let it sit for a few minutes to develop the plum and spice notes fully.
