Soft Merlot tannins meet the spice and depth of Shiraz, with red berries, subtle oak, and earthy undertones. Ideal with rosemary roast lamb, mushroom bourguignon, or a creamy lentil and spinach bake. The combination of softness and spice makes it versatile with both red meat and hearty vegetarian fare.

Serve at 10-12°C in a large red wine glass. Allow to breathe for a few minutes to bring out the dark fruit and oak tones. Enjoy slowly, like a traditional red.
