Deep ruby in colour with a clear, polished appearance. The nose reveals red and black berries, raspberry, cherry, blackberry,alongside earthy notes that nod to its Saint-Chinian origin. The palate starts firm and tannic, evolving into dark plum and dried fruit, rounded by clove and star anise. Medium-bodied with structure and grip, it finishes dry and persistent with spice and fruit interwoven.

Juicy and warming, with wild berries, soft tannins, and herbaceous garrigue notes. Perfect with Provençal-style ratatouille, rosemary pork, or lentil and walnut pâté. The southern French character pairs beautifully with herb-driven, slow-cooked meals.

Serve at 14°C in a large red wine glass. Let it rest for a few minutes before sipping to open up the rich berry and spice notes.
