Bright golden and crystal clear with a frothy white head that holds well. The nose is lightly floral and malty, blending soft bread crust with a touch of honey and herbal hops. Flavour opens with a smooth malt backbone, followed by a gentle hop bitterness and floral lift. Light-bodied with a clean, refreshing mouthfeel, it finishes crisp and dry with a faint sweet note.

Pour cold into a fluted lager glass. Let the bubbles rise and settle. Best enjoyed at 4-6°C for a sharp and dry finish.
