Pours deep brown to black with a creamy tan head. The aroma combines caramel fudge, milk chocolate and hints of cookie dough. On the palate it is rich and smooth, with sweet caramel and chocolate flavours supported by malty biscuit undertones. The finish is soft and lingering, with a silky mouthfeel.

Pairs well with chocolate brownies, salted caramel cheesecake, pecan pie, chocolate chip cookies, or sticky toffee pudding. The sweetness complements and enhances dessert flavours.

Serve slightly chilled in a tulip or snifter glass to bring out the dessert-like aromas. Ideal as an after-dinner indulgence, a fireside sipper, or for pairing with rich puddings.
