Pours a deep brown with a creamy tan head. Aromas of dark chocolate, toasted marshmallow and a whisper of cinnamon draw you in. On the palate it is sweet and dessert-like, with layers of chocolate and marshmallow balanced by gentle spice and underlying graham-cracker notes. The finish is smooth and lingering, with a soft mouthfeel that carries a comforting richness.

Pairs beautifully with chocolate cheesecake, cinnamon buns, marshmallow-topped brownies, pecan pie, or a toasted marshmallow platter. The dessert-inspired flavours harmonise with both sweet treats and spiced desserts.
