Tasting Notes

Clear and colourless with a light body. The aroma is vibrant and tropical, with notes of Inca berry, pineapple, and lemon peel alongside a hint of green cardamom and juniper. On the palate, it's bright and fruity with sweet-tart berry and citrus up front, layered over a soft herbal backbone. Smooth and light with no added sugar, it leaves a clean, zesty finish with just a trace of spice.

Serving Suggestions

Serve 50ml in a copa glass over ice. Top with light tonic and garnish with fresh mint or a slice of mango for a zesty lift.
