Darling Cellars Sauvignon Blanc is a South African non alcoholic white wine at 0.5% ABV, made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the coastal Darling region. It follows traditional fermentation and uses low temperature vacuum spinning cone technology to gently remove alcohol while retaining body and acidity. Certified vegan and gluten free, it delivers around 14 kcal and 3.5 g of carbohydrates per 100 ml. This crisp, naturally dry wine suits seafood, salads or casual sipping for those looking to enjoy wine without alcohol.

Tasting Notes

Light straw in colour with a green tinge and good clarity. Aromas of gooseberry, cut grass, and lime zest leap from the glass. Crisp and vibrant on the palate, showing green apple, kiwi, and a subtle mineral edge that adds structure. Light to medium-bodied with soft acidity and a clean, citrus-led finish with a herbal lift.
