Light straw in colour with a green tinge and good clarity. Aromas of gooseberry, cut grass, and lime zest leap from the glass. Crisp and vibrant on the palate, showing green apple, kiwi, and a subtle mineral edge that adds structure. Light to medium-bodied with soft acidity and a clean, citrus-led finish with a herbal lift.

Tropical and zesty, with notes of guava, passionfruit, and lime. Pair with ceviche, Thai papaya salad, or grilled chicken skewers with coriander. Its tropical flair complements light spice and bright, fresh dishes with citrus or chilli.

Chill to 8-10°C and serve in a white wine glass. Let it open up for a moment before sipping to enjoy the crisp tropical fruit notes.
