DC Red – Alcohol-Free Red Wine
Appearance: Deep ruby with a rich, inviting hue.
Aroma: Bold scents of ripe black cherry, blackcurrant, and crushed pepper.
Taste: A full-bodied profile of dark berries, spice, and gentle oak influence. Smooth tannins and velvety texture offer excellent balance.
Finish: Lingering and structured, with notes of spice and black fruit echoing on the palate.

DC Sauvignon Blanc – Alcohol-Free White Wine
Appearance: Pale straw with green highlights.
Aroma: Bright citrus zest, tropical fruit, and subtle herbaceous undertones.
Taste: Zesty lime and grapefruit meet soft mango and papaya, with crisp acidity and grassy freshness.
Finish: Clean, refreshing, and palate-cleansing with a sharp, dry snap.

DC Red: Grilled vegetables, mushroom risotto, or spiced lamb tagine

DC Sauvignon Blanc: Goat's cheese tart, grilled prawns, or sushi rolls

DC Red: Serve slightly chilled at around 14–16°C to enhance fruit and spice.

DC Sauvignon Blanc: Chill well and serve at 6–8°C for best expression of citrus and freshness.
