Erdinger Weissbier Alkoholfrei is a non‑alcoholic wheat beer from Germany with a 0.5 % ABV, brewed by Erdinger in Bavaria following traditional weissbier methods. Made from water, malted wheat and barley, hops and yeast, it undergoes full fermentation before gently removing alcohol to retain natural effervescence and body. This beer is vegan friendly and low in calories (around 20 kcal per 100 ml), offering a balanced malt profile with soft breadiness. Ideal for pairing with brunch, light meals or post-work refreshment without alcohol.
