A pale golden kombucha with a natural fizz. The nose is bright with citrus peel and fragrant hops. On the palate, crisp lemon and grapefruit notes mingle with gentle hop bitterness and a touch of sweetness. The finish is clean, sparkling and probiotic rich, with a lingering zesty freshness.

The citrus and hop notes cut beautifully through salty snacks and crisp salads. It pairs well with grilled fish or chicken, enhancing lighter dishes with freshness. Its herbal edge complements Mediterranean mezze, and it makes an ideal partner for spicy tacos or falafel wraps. For a playful contrast, try it with lemon drizzle cake or other light citrus desserts.

Best served chilled straight from the bottle or poured into a tall glass to release its aromatics. For a twist, add a slice of grapefruit or orange to accentuate the citrus edge. It also makes a refined alternative to a shandy when paired with alcohol free lager.
