Basqueland Hero is a juicy alcohol free hazy IPA brewed in the Basque Country for people who still want proper hop character in the glass. Unfiltered and unpasteurised, it is built to hold on to the flavour of the malts, yeast and hops, giving it a fresh and modern feel rather than a stripped back one. Vic Secret and Cashmere Cryo hops bring waves of mango, ripe stone fruit and a light citrus lift, making it bright, soft and very easy to get on with. It is a great alcohol free choice when you want something hazy, fruity and properly craft led.

Tasting Notes
Pours hazy pale gold with a soft white head. Aroma brings mango, ripe stone fruit, citrus peel and a gentle tropical lift. On the palate, it is juicy and hop forward with soft mango, peachy stone fruit, a touch of citrus and a rounded haze that keeps everything smooth and easy drinking. The finish is fresh, fruity and lightly zesty, with enough hop character to keep it lively.
Food Pairings
Try it with spicy chicken tacos, crispy cauliflower bites, grilled halloumi, loaded nachos or a fresh chicken burger.
Serving Suggestions
Serve well chilled in a stemmed beer glass or IPA glass to let the hop aroma open up properly. This is one for sunny afternoons, relaxed catch ups and any time you want something more flavourful than a standard alcohol free lager. Let it sit for a minute after pouring and it will show a bit more of its soft tropical side.
