Tasting Notes
Pours hazy amber with a lasting off-white head. Aromas of grapefruit, pine, and mango rise from the glass with a soft caramel undertone. On the palate, it’s lively and bitter, with fresh citrus peel, stone fruit, and a firm malt backbone. The finish is long, dry, and lightly resinous. Mouthfeel is smooth but assertive, delivering a satisfying bitterness that stands out among alcohol free IPAs.
Food Pairings
Pair with grilled burgers, spiced tofu, sharp cheddar, pulled pork tacos, or onion bhajis. The bitterness handles fat and spice while the citrus and pine notes lift bold flavours.
Serving Suggestions
