Deep ruby in colour with a clear, still appearance. Aromas of ripe blackcurrant and dark cherry are lifted by floral violet and a subtle earthy note. On the palate, plush plum and blackberry sit alongside hints of spice, cocoa, and a touch of vanilla. Soft in texture with good balance, it finishes long and gently warming with dark fruit and spice lingering.

Cabernet brings structure and dark fruits, while Tempranillo adds brightness and a touch of savoury spice. Serve alongside grilled chorizo, paprika-roasted cauliflower, or a classic shepherd’s pie. Works well with dishes that incorporate smoked paprika, cumin, or roasted root vegetables.

Serve at 14-16°C in a large red wine glass. Let it breathe for a few minutes to bring out the dark berry and peppery spice notes.
