Tasting Notes

Deep ebony in colour with a creamy tan head. The aroma bursts with cinnamon, cocoa and toasted marshmallow. On the palate, dark chocolate, caramel and biscuit malt lead into soft vanilla and gentle spice, finishing smooth, sweet and slightly smoky. The texture is silky and rounded with low bitterness.

Food Pairings

Enjoy with chocolate brownies, sticky toffee pudding, or spiced biscuits. Complements roasted meats, smoky barbecue dishes, or mature cheeses. Its sweetness also pairs well with salted caramel desserts and dark chocolate truffles.
