Ariel Chardonnay is an alcohol removed chardonnay from California’s Central Coast with less than 0.5% ABV. It is made by Ariel Vineyards, part of J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines, using traditional winemaking techniques including stainless steel fermentation and small oak barrel ageing before gentle dealcoholisation by cold filtration. The result is a wine with tropical fruit, ripe apple and butterscotch notes alongside a touch of toasty French oak. It offers an easy drinking, authentic profile that retains the depth and complexity of a classic chardonnay without the alcohol. It is gluten free, low in calories and notable for its ability to deliver a true wine experience for mindful drinkers.
