Pours a pale golden hue. The aroma combines ripe apple, tropical fruit, butterscotch and subtle oak. On the palate it is smooth and layered, with flavours of apple and pineapple balanced by gentle oak and a hint of creaminess. The finish is clean and softly lingering, with a refined mouthfeel and no artificial edge.

Pairs well with spaghetti carbonara, mango glazed mahi mahi, sautéed scallops, roast chicken or crispy duck. The ripe fruit and subtle oak character complement richer dishes without overpowering them.
