Citra and Mosaic give Run Wild its bright, classic IPA character, with citrus, tropical fruit and soft stone fruit notes. Citra brings the sharp, zesty lift, while Mosaic adds a fuller fruit depth and a rounded hop aroma. Athletic also uses a wider blend of Northwest hops, giving the beer a balanced bitterness and proper IPA feel without the alcohol.
Tasting Notes
Hazy amber with a pale head and light carbonation. On the nose, there’s citrus peel, tropical fruit, and pine with a touch of biscuit malt underneath. Flavour is bright and juicy, balancing orange and mango with a resinous hop bitterness. Medium-bodied and smooth, it finishes dry with a lingering piney bite.
Serving Suggestions
Pour cold into a tulip or IPA glass. Let the foam settle and enjoy the balanced bitterness and piney hop character.
