Tasting Notes
Hazy pale gold with a thin white head and steady bubbles. Aromas of mango, papaya and grapefruit peel with a hint of pine. Flavour brings soft tropical fruit and citrus up front, easing into dry, grassy bitterness and a light malt base. Smooth mouthfeel, moderate fizz, and a crisp, pithy finish.
Serving Suggestions
Best served chilled in a nonic pint glass to let the tropical hop aroma open up. Pairs nicely with spicy tacos or Thai green curry, where the citrus bitterness cuts through heat and richness. Works equally well solo as a fridge-friendly fridge-door beer for easy weekday sipping.
