Below Brew Co Heaven & Helles is a low‑alcohol Helles lager (< 0.5 % ABV) brewed in the UK using water, malted barley, wheat, yeast and classic German hops (Tettnanger & Hallertauer Mittelfrüher). It undergoes full fermentation and is then carefully de‑alcoholised, with no additional sugar and a naturally gluten‑free claim that derives from processing, though trace gluten may remain. At around 15 kcal and 3.5 g of carbs per 100 ml, it’s vegan friendly and low‑calorie. This crisp, smooth lager suits social gatherings, light meals or relaxation at any time of day without alcohol.

Tasting Notes

Bright gold and brilliantly clear with gentle carbonation and a soft white head. The aroma brings light floral notes and fresh herbs, with a trace of malt underneath. Flavour is clean and mellow, where soft grain sweetness meets a restrained hop bitterness. Light-bodied with smooth texture, it drinks easily and finishes dry and refreshing.

Serving Suggestions

Chill well and pour into a tall pilsner or stein glass. Let the foam rise, then sip slowly to appreciate the soft malt backbone.
