Pours a clear deep gold with a lively, off-white head and brisk carbonation. The aroma is sharp and expressive, showcasing grapefruit zest, pine resin and a touch of herbal dryness. On the palate, forward citrus bitterness and resinous pine notes dance over a crisp malt backbone, with a lean, clean profile. The mouthfeel is medium-light and fizzy, leading to a brisk, clean finish that highlights lingering hop bite.

Serve chilled (5–7°C) in a tulip or IPA glass to focus the hop aromas. It pairs brilliantly with grilled haloumi, spicy fish tacos or nachos, where the citrus‑pine notes cut through richness and complement bold seasoning. Also ideal as a solo refresher on sunny days or during an active interval when you want flavor without the buzz.
