Botivo is a bold 0% botanical aperitif made for proper grown up spritz serves without the alcohol. Hand blended in small batches in Hertfordshire, it brings together British apple cider vinegar, wildflower honey, rosemary, thyme, gentian, wormwood and orange zest for a bittersweet, herbal and citrus led drink with real depth.
This 50cl bottle gives you 20 serves, making it a brilliant choice for aperitif hour, garden drinks, dinner parties, BBQs and alcohol free hosting. It is tangy, refreshing and more complex than a standard soft drink, with enough bitterness to feel properly adult.
For the classic serve, mix 25ml Botivo with 175ml soda water over plenty of ice, then squeeze in a juicy wedge of orange. The result is bright, herbal, bittersweet and seriously refreshing.
Tasting Notes
Appearance: Deep amber orange when poured neat, turning bright and sparkling when mixed with soda.
Aroma: Orange zest, rosemary, thyme, apple cider vinegar, wildflower honey and bitter herbal notes.
Taste: Bittersweet citrus comes through first, followed by tangy apple vinegar, soft honey, savoury herbs and a clean bitter finish.
Mouthfeel: Concentrated and syrupy neat, becoming light, crisp and refreshing when served long with soda.
