Tasting Notes
Cloudy golden-orange with a gentle fizz and a soft, foamy head. The aroma is lively and juicy, full of ripe peach, strawberry, lemon zest, and a faint saline note. Flavour is layered but balanced, sweet tropical fruit upfront, a sharp raspberry tang, and a whisper of salt tying it all together. Soft and light in body with a gentle carbonation, it finishes tart, slightly saline, and fruit-forward without becoming cloying.
