Palate: citrus led hop flavour with gentle tropical notes, supported by soft malt sweetness and balanced bitterness.
Finish: crisp and clean with lingering hop freshness.

Pairs well with grilled burgers, spicy chicken wings, fish tacos, roasted vegetables with chilli and lime, halloumi wraps, loaded fries, sharp cheddar or lightly spiced curries. The hop bitterness cuts through richness while the citrus complements spice.

Serve well chilled and pour into a stemmed IPA or tulip glass to open up the hop aroma. Ideal for barbecues, relaxed evenings or social occasions where you want something bold but alcohol free. Best enjoyed fresh and cold
