DEYA Eye For Symmetry 0.5% is a non-alcoholic IPA brewed by DEYA Brewing Company in Cheltenham, UK. It features heavy dry-hopping with Mosaic BBC, Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic Hyperboost, El Dorado BBC, Motueka and Nelson Sauvin SubZero hop kief to maximise hop aroma and flavour, while maintaining 0.5% ABV. Vegan-friendly and natural in its production, it offers the body and character of a full-strength IPA in a low-alcohol format.

Tasting Notes

Hazy pale gold in appearance with a soft white head. Aromas of tropical fruit, stone fruit and citrus peel dominate, with subtle resinous and grassy hop undertones. The palate delivers juicy mango and grapefruit, supported by soft malt sweetness and a clean, slightly dry finish.

Food Pairings

Pairs well with spicy tacos, grilled prawns, burgers and curry dishes. Its vibrant hop character also complements seafood, fresh salads and creamy cheeses.
