Doskiwis Fènix is a 0.5 % ABV alcohol free IPA brewed in Scotland with Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado hops. It is a juicy, hazy IPA that delivers tropical fruit and citrus flavour with a smooth malt backbone. Vegan friendly, it offers the hop intensity of a modern IPA without the alcohol.

Tasting Notes

Pours hazy golden with a fluffy white head. The aroma is bursting with mango, pineapple and citrus peel. On the palate it is juicy and hop forward, with ripe tropical fruit balanced by grapefruit zest and a refreshing bitterness. The finish is crisp and smooth with a lingering fruity note.

Food Pairings

Pairs well with spicy curries, BBQ chicken, grilled fish tacos, halloumi wraps or citrus dressed salads. The juicy hop profile complements spice and fresh flavours.
