Tasting Notes
Pours: Light ruby red with a bright, delicate appearance.

Food Pairings
Pair with mushroom ragu, roasted vegetable lasagne, grilled chicken with herbs or pork tenderloin with apple and sage. The lighter Pinot Noir style works well with savoury dishes that need fruit and freshness rather than a big heavy red.
