Tasting Notes
Pours: Pale rosé pink with a clean, bright appearance.
Aroma: Strawberry jam, raspberry, red berries and soft summer fruit.
Palate: Fresh and fruity, with strawberry and raspberry flavours giving it a smooth, berry led character. The alcohol free style keeps it light and easy drinking, while the rosé fruit makes it feel bright, soft and refreshing.

Food Pairings
Pair with Thai noodle salad, chilli chicken skewers, spicy prawn tacos or a crisp halloumi salad with pomegranate and herbs. The strawberry and raspberry fruit works well with gentle heat, fresh herbs and bright, zesty flavours.
It also suits grilled chicken, BBQ vegetable skewers, tomato and mozzarella salad, smoked salmon salad or goat’s cheese tartlets with red onion chutney. For something sweet, try it with strawberry pavlova, raspberry cheesecake or a fresh berry tart.
Serving Suggestions
